• Abstracts (2 pages) have to be submitted by 1, November  2018 October 3, 2018.
  Extra time for few days is accorded for late submissions
• Authors will be notified of paper acceptance December 19, 2018.
• In case of acceptance, the camera-ready paper (6 pages and up to 8 pages) will have to be submitted by April 3, 2019 April 7, 2019 (date extended).
• Full paper review feedback: Mai 1, 2019 Between May 1st and May 8th
• Final paper submission is revision needed: Mai 22, 2019. This revision must be sent directly to : arwenw(@)spie.org

• A statement of transfer of copyright should be signed by at least one author of the manuscript and returned to SPIE for publication in the Proceedings of SPIE.

Abstract and paper should be prepared according to the following SPIE manuscript templates: latex or word (link). Accepted papers will be published in QCAV 2019 SPIE proceedings.

Only papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings.
