Welcome on QCAV2019 website

Quality Control by Artificial Vision is undergoing rapid evolution, thanks to recent progress in the fields of artificial intelligence, 2-D and 3-D vision sensors, image processing and non-conventional optics. The conference QCAV will bring together researchers, engineers or end-users to discuss the state of the art and share their latest works in the field of computer vision optics and image processing.

Main topics:  2-D and 3-D Machine vision, Non conventional imaging, Machine learning and AI, Image Processing and Pattern Recognition, Real time processing, Visual inspection,  Optical metrology.

Application fields: Metallurgy, Automotive, Transportation, Pharmaceutics, Medical and biology, Forestry, Chemistry, Textile

Invited Speakers: Ivo Ihrke (Carl Zeiss, Sweeden) and Pascal Picart (Le Mans Université, France)

QCAV 2019 is supported by Université de Haute-Alsace (UHA) and the proceedings of the conference will be published by SPIE digital library.

The Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI) will organize a CALL FOR PAPERS for a special QCAV section. This will be a nice opportunity, for the QCAV participants to submit an extended version of their proceedings for a publication in JEI.
